This full-time position requires a dedicated RPN to monitor patient withdrawal, conduct assessments, and deliver psycho-educational sessions.

You will play a pivotal role in developing comprehensive discharge planning while offering crisis support and outpatient care under the Ontario College of Nurses standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments per CNO standards
