Mount Royal University is looking for a Scheduling Operations Assistant in a flexible, hybrid work setting. Play a crucial role in supporting the scheduling of a diverse array of courses.

In the Scheduling department, you will help manage course schedules, including final exams, for approximately 15,000 students. This role involves communication across multiple departments and utilizing scheduling applications like Infosilem. You'll also engage in various administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations in Enrolment Management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and implement academic schedule change requests
• Assign courses to instructors using the student information system
• Aid in final exam space arrangements and administration




• Handle inquiries through the Scheduling email account
• Maintain updated distribution lists for communications

Requirements:
• Two-Year Diploma or equivalent education necessary
• Minimum one year of post-secondary work experience preferred
• Familiarity with scheduling applications like Infosilem preferred
• Robust attention to detail and organizational skills necessary
• Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration
