About Us Job Description Keeping an eye onemployees like salespeople, cashiers, and shelfstockers.
Taking care ofmoney and creating an annual budget.
Maintaining recordsof spending, sales, and employee performance.
Putting measures inplace to prevent stock damage, theft, and waste.
Keeping an eye onproduct displays, shelf stock, and the store's overallappearance.
Examining markettrends and providing consumers with products they would findappealing.
Handling requests,criticisms, and complaints from customers.
Scheduling shiftsand training recent hires.
Requirements GED or highschool diploma.
It is preferred tohave a bachelor's degree in business administration,financial management, or a related field.

a wealth ofexperience creating budgets, financial reports, and expensereports.
thoroughunderstanding of marketing tactics, consumer trends, andproduct trends.
