Empower children at YMCA as a Site Coordinator for the Before and After School Program. This full-time contract role ensures effective program operations in St. Catherine’s throughout the school year.

Reporting to the YPHD Program Manager, you will lead staff and manage day-to-day program activities. Your role is critical in fostering a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate atmosphere for children. Build solid relationships with families and community partners while supporting staff development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Directly supervise all assigned program staff and support teams
• Tackle operational challenges with effective coaching and support
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards daily
• Review and manage staff schedules and timesheets
• Implement engaging, inclusive programming based on BAP guidelines

Requirements:
• Highschool Diploma or similar credentials
• Minimum 2 years of related childcare experience
• Proven supervisory track record
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Reliable transportation is necessary
