Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized nursing care based on resident needs
• Conduct clinical assessments and maintain accurate documentation

• Provide coaching and direction to unregulated care providers
• Update and evaluate care plans regularly

Requirements:
• Valid RPN registration in the applicable province
• Experience working with seniors preferred
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Successful Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
• Strong organizational and communication skills
