Position Overview
We arelooking for a driven, customer-focused Internet Sales Manager to lead ouronline sales efforts and help deliver a premium buying experience worthy of theBMW brand. If you thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment, understanddigital lead management, and know how to convert online inquiries into loyalcustomers, we want to hear from you.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Respondpromptly to all internet, phone, and digital inquiries





ManageCRM lead processes and customer follow-up

Setand confirm appointments for showroom visits and test drives

Buildrelationships with customers through phone, email, text, and onlineplatforms

Workclosely with sales consultants and management to maximize lead conversion

Maintainhigh customer satisfaction and professionalism

Monitorlead sources and performance metrics

Ensureall online customers receive a luxury-level experience aligned with BMWstandards

Assistwith digital marketing campaigns and inventory merchandising when needed

Qualifications Required

Automotivesales or internet sales experience is a must for this position

Strongcommunication and customer service skills

Experienceusing CRM systems and lead management tools

Self-motivated,organized, and goal-oriented

Professionalappearance and attitude

Abilityto work evenings and weekends as needed

Validdriver’s license with clean driving record
