Key Responsibilities:
• Create personalized patient care plans based on assessments
• Collaborate with an interprofessional care team
• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and IV management
• Maintain effective communication with patients and families
• Engage in professional development to enhance skills

Requirements:
• Active Registration with the College of Nurses
• 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare environment
• Demonstrated critical thinking and organizational strengths
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Required BLS certification, RNAO membership a plus
