Day: Mon–Thu 6:00 AM–3:00 PM | Fri 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Afternoon: Mon–Thu 3:00 PM–12:00 AM | Fri 2:00 PM–9:00 PM
Job OverviewWe are hiring an experienced MIG Welder Fitter for an industrial manufacturing environment specializing in vacuum systems.7+ years of MIG welding, fitting, and fabrication experience is REQUIRED. This role involves semi-custom fabrication and requires robust blueprint/shop drawing reading skills.
Responsibilities

- Perform MIG welding, fitting, and fabrication of industrial components
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Set up and operate MIG welding equipment
- Fit, align, measure, and assemble components before welding
- Use hand tools, torches, and fabrication equipment
- Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy




- Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Lift materials up to 50 lbs. as required

Qualifications
- 7+ years of MIG welding, fitting, and fabrication experience – REQUIRED
- Strong industrial/manufacturing MIG welding experience
- Proven Welder Fitter experience
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
- Experience with mild steel/stainless steel, aluminium
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- CWB Certification is an asset
