$27–$30/hour + $1.50/hour shift premium

About the RoleWe are hiring an experienced CMM Programmer / Quality Inspector for a leading Aerospace & Defence precision machining environment.The facility manufactures complex, tight-tolerance components using advanced CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities

- Perform First-Off, In-Process, Final, and Incoming Inspections
- Program, operate, edit, and validate CMM equipment/programs
- Perform dimensional inspection of precision CNC-machined components
- Operate Vision Inspection Systems
- Use micrometers, verniers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other precision measuring equipment
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Apply GD&T; to verify dimensional requirements
- Verify surface finish requirements




- Identify and document non-conforming products
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams

Requirements
- 5+ years of Quality Inspection experience in a precision machining environment
- Hands-on CMM programming and operation experience
- Strong GD&T; knowledge
- Solid blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation skills
- Experience with tight-tolerance CNC-machined components
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
