The role administers staff, materials, equipment and contractor resources for the potable water distribution system and oversees on-site operations to ensure safe, effective completion of projects. The successful candidate will hold a Class 3 Water Distribution Certificate, have 4+ years as an operator (OIC experience a plus), and demonstrate strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
