We are recruiting an experienced KBE Engineer to join our team to support our client in the automotive industry

NOTE:

- Hybrid working position in Windsor, ON 2-3 days per week with the potential to be fully onsite in the future
- Must be willing and able to travel to the US for meetings without restrictions from first day of work
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Creating CAD solid models for commodities using Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques
- Dictating architecture and construction techniques
- Defining master template modeling structures
- Specific design commodity exterior plastic parts

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or EE) or equivalent bachelors degree with experience
- Self-starter, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle increasingly complex assignments without constant supervision
- Plastic injection molding experience with exterior parts such as front and rear bumpers, grills, bracketry etc.
- 2+ Years of CAD modeling with Siemens NX or other CAD systems ( Catia, Solid works etc.)
- 2+ Years of Solid modeling




- 2+ Years of Parametric CAD Modeling with Siemens NX

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ Years of experience in exterior parts, plastic injection molding experience
- 5+ Years of CAD Solid modeling and Parametric Modeling with NX

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

- $40.00 - $43.57/hour (depending on experience)
- Paid Benefits after 90 days (individual and family) – extended medical, out-of-country coverage, dental etc.
- Pension eligibility, with employer match, after 1 full year of work
