Key Responsibilities:

- Configure the Work Force Suite to meet client requirements
- Lead client meetings for requirements gathering and refinement




- Troubleshoot settings and analyze existing systems
- Manage multiple projects ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Create onboarding experiences that build client confidence

Requirements:

- 4-6 years of Work Force Management implementation experience
- 3-5 years of programming experience in Java Script or SQL
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies
- Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects
