Responsibilities

- Upsell additional services or retail products that enhance the client’s grooming experience
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments

Skills
- Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio of diverse styles and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong hair styling skills across various hair types and textures
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Effective communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear recommendations
- Ability to upsell retail products or additional services tactfully without pressure
- Experience with retail sales or front desk operations is a plus
