We are a warm and welcoming family in South Surrey looking for a caring and reliable nanny/mother's helper to become a part of our family.
We currently have a 3-year-old boy who will be starting preschool in September and are expecting twins in the new year! We are looking for someone who is passionate about children and would love the opportunity to grow with our family.

I am a stay-at-home mom and dad works from home as well so we are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable working alongside our family day-to-day. We are looking for an extra set of hands and someone who enjoys being part of a team — helping with the children, playing and engaging with them, assisting with routines and lending a hand when needed.

The position would start on a part-time basis, with the intention of transitioning into a full-time role in the new year when our twins arrive.
An ECE, teaching or other relevant educational background is a strong asset, and experience working with children and infants is very important to us. As we will soon be welcoming twins, knowledge and confidence with newborn care will be especially important.

We also have two dogs so being comfortable with animals is a must.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Knowledgeable about child development and age-appropriate activities
- Experienced and confident with infants and newborns
- Patient, attentive and able to take initiative
- Comfortable working collaboratively alongside a stay-at-home mom
- Comfortable in a busy household with parents frequently at home

This is a live-out position, so we are hoping to find someone local to South Surrey/Surrey or within a reasonable commuting distance.
We are offering $30/hour for the right candidate, with the opportunity for increased hours and a full time position in the new year.
