We’re looking for a newborn whisperer to help care for our baby boy, Wes. ?

We’d love to find someone with extensive hands-on newborn experience who is incredibly comfortable with the tiny newborn stage — feeding, burping, settling, recognizing cues, soothing fussiness, supporting sleep, and generally helping us understand what our baby needs.

Nursing experience would be a huge plus, especially someone with NICU, postpartum, pediatric, or neonatal experience. Wes spent some time in the NICU after he was born, so having someone who understands NICU babies and can bring that extra level of knowledge, confidence, and calm would be especially reassuring to us.

We’re ideally looking for someone who:

- Has significant experience specifically with newborns
- Is confident with feeding, bottles, breast milk, burping, gas, soothing and newborn sleep
- Understands newborn cues and can help us troubleshoot fussiness
- Has NICU,



neonatal, pediatric or nursing experience — a major bonus
- Is infant CPR/first-aid trained
- Is warm, patient, gentle and very safety-conscious
- Can provide strong references
- Is comfortable working alongside current parents and sharing their knowledge without being judgmental

Essentially, we’re hoping to find that special person who has cared for a lot of babies and seems to just get newborns — someone we can learn from and trust completely with our little guy.
