- Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Take children to and from school and to after school activities.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to the family’s dietary guidelines.
- Encourge children to complete chores and take responsibility for their belongings and personal space.
- Help children develop coping skills and valuable manners.




- Offer emotional support and be a companion for the children.Job requirements:
- Proven relevant work experience as a caregiver.
- Completion of caregiver program is an asset.
- High school graduated or equivalent.
