*Job Description*
*Responsibilities:*
* Inspect buses daily and determine is adjustments or repairs needed.
* Able to understand electrical & HVAC schematics.
* Diagnose mechanical problems in buses.
* Perform Monthly and semi annual DOT Safeties
* Follow and implement PM programs
* Repair or replace malfunctioning or worn mechanical components.
* Lubricate & grease buses as required.
* Must have own tools.
* Follows secure work procedures.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:*
* Journeyperson status.
* Valid Class 5 driver’s license with air brake endorsement. (class 3 with air is an asset)
* Ability to job task plan and organize. Ability to problem solve, think critically, and make decisions.
* Heavy lifting required.
* Past Bus experience is an asset
*Working Conditions*:




* Work is completed in doors
* Hours: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Monday - Friday. On call as required if Bus breaks down while in use
*Wage:
Negotiable based on years of expirence and certification
