Join the Commerce Department as a State Program Administrator focusing on technical policies and procedures for Minnesota's Weatherization Assistance Program. This full-time position offers hybrid work flexibility near St. Paul.

In this role, you'll assess and communicate complex technical standards and drive the development of essential policies. You'll also engage with diverse stakeholders, including local service providers, to ensure successful program implementation. This is a pivotal role in enhancing Minnesota's energy conservation efforts through explicit guidelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the development of technical standards for WAP • Maintain the statewide WAP Field Guide • Collaborate with internal teams and community partners • Draft user documentation and technical resources • Train stakeholders on policy updates and requirements

Requirements: • Four years of experience in residential energy conservation • Excellent communication and writing skills • Strong organizational and task management abilities • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in relevant fields • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
