As a Maintenance Specialist with Circle Community LandTrust, you'll perform roaming maintenance for homes across Eastern Toronto. This full time role emphasizes thorough upkeep and enhances tenant relationships.
Your primary responsibilities include plumbing, electrical repairs, and safety inspections for approximately 600 homes under Circle's care. You will work independently but will also coordinate with the maintenance team and external contractors to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute diverse maintenance tasks in homes across the portfolio
• Use Yardi Maintenance IQ for work management
• Inspect and confirm contractor work quality




• Complete annual safety inspections for smoke detectors
• Maintain positive tenant interactions and service
Requirements:
• Completed journeyman's apprenticeship in relevant trade
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Demonstrated positive customer service attitude
• Valid Class G driver’s license required
• Satisfactory police background check mandatory
