Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Service Cloud Agentforce

Job Location: Canada, Mississauga, Ontario

Role Objective

As a Senior Developer you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and cutting-edge AI technology. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Service Cloud and the strategic deployment of Agentforce to automate customer service workflows, enhance agent productivity and deliver autonomous AI interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Agentforce AI Implementation
- Client Facing Onsite offshore coordination

Required Qualifications

- Experience 6 years in Salesforce Development with at least 2 years focused on Service Cloud
- Platform Mastery – Advanced Apex, Asynchronous Integrations, Lightning Web Components, and complex Flow orchestration
- AI Data Hands-on experience with Data Cloud DMOs, DLOs and Calculated Insights to provide the data foundation for Agentforce
- Integration Expert knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Event-Driven Architecture including Platform Events
- DevOps Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset or Salesforce CLI) in an Agile environment
- AI Familiarity – Proven experience with Salesforce AI tools Einstein Bots, Prompt Builder or Agentforce

Certifications Preferred

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist (High Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
