Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
• Assist in the planning and execution of behavior management strategies




• Record and observe student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Supervise students in various settings to ensure their safety
• Integrate technology and tools suitable for student requirements
Requirements:
• Completion of an Educational Assistant program or ABA training
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of the IB MYP and DP curricula is a plus
• Experience with non-violent crisis intervention techniques
• Ability to adapt to changing educational environments
