In this pivotal role, you'll enhance relationships with individual and corporate donors while guiding a team dedicated to impactful initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage donor relations and oversee the full fundraising cycle
• Execute fundraising campaigns, including annual events and community initiatives
• Collaborate with team members on donor engagement strategies




• Provide leadership and support to direct reports
• Ensure accountability and alignment with organizational goals
Requirements:
• At least three years of relevant fundraising experience
• Solid background in donor management and stewardship
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Background Check required
• Legal eligibility to work in BC
