In this leadership role, you will manage a team, implement site policies, and ensure high standards of safety, service, and compliance. You will work closely with and report directly to the Client Service Manager. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent multitasking skills, a solid understanding of health and safety protocols, and proven experience in emergency response.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction to the security team, ensuring high standards of serviceAddress client concerns and recommend operational improvementsSupervise all security staff and ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresSupport, mentor, and coach officers to maintain consistent performanceConduct site orientations, training, and performance evaluationsLead shift briefings, debriefings,
