Support the Walkerton Clean Water Centre as a Market Research Analyst in a one-year contract role. Conduct in-depth research to influence strategic planning initiatives.
Located in Walkerton, Ontario, this position allows for full-time and remote working opportunities. Engage directly with various stakeholders through surveys and Voice of Customer projects, analyzing data to inform operational strategy. Your insights will play a key role in geographic and vertical expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and analyze surveys using Voxco
• Produce detailed reports based on survey findings
• Develop and lead Voice of Customer engagement projects
• Schedule and facilitate qualitative research sessions




• Track and report on project status to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a related field, with emphasis on research
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in data analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and qualitative analysis software
• Solid communication capabilities, both written and spoken
• Must hold a valid class G driver's license and have personal transportation
