Job Title: Transaction Specialist

Location: Mississauga, ON (hybrid)

Duration: 6 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)

Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background

- Wire processing background
- 2-4 years of banking and financial institute experience
- Prior experience working with different types of SLA in a compliance regulated environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must

Summary of the Role

The role involves processing high volumes of financial transactions (bank wires), managing shared inbox requests, performing accurate data processing, and supporting money movement operations while delivering service to Corporate, Commercial, and Small Business Banking in a fast-paced environment.

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Receive requests for information from government agencies, provincial governments, and internal partners at client.
- Read documents and perform data entry in the database.
- Fetch information and send it back to partners in a timely manner to meet SLAs.

Must-Have Hard Skills

- 2-4 years of banking/financial institute experience
- Tech Savvy: ability to learn new software
- Prior experience with SLAs
- Proficiency in MS 365 – Word, Outlook and Excel

Soft Skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Communication skills




- Accountable and responsible individual

- Bank wire processing experience
