About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Professional Services to lead and enhance its post-sales services organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of a multi-year services strategy, with a focus on advancing the organization to a standardized, metrics-driven, and outcome-based delivery model. This role involves defining the target operating model across various service functions, incorporating AI and automation into service processes, and ensuring that service delivery is aligned with corporate growth objectives.



The VP will also be tasked with driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth by evolving service delivery models and standardizing implementation and support processes.

Candidates for this executive position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in professional services within the technology sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. The role requires a dynamic, data-driven leader with a proven track record in transforming service delivery organizations and a strong background in cloud operations, SaaS delivery models, and post-sales operating metrics. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and a deep understanding of AI, workflow automation, and analytics in the context of service delivery. Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience in managing globally distributed teams are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with R&D;, product management, IT, security, sales, and finance.
