Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise engineering team and ensure timely task completion • Control project budgets and implement expenditure measures • Provide training and development to engineers and outside vendors • Introduce process improvements and monitor technological advancements • Coordinate with other departments for efficient project execution
Requirements: • Bachelor’s in manufacturing engineering or equivalent • Required Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) designation • Minimum 3-5 years in a manufacturing engineering setting • Advanced knowledge of manufacturing principles and tools • Excellent problem-solving and leadership capabilities
