Understands timing, anticipation, and guest awareness

Possesses robust knowledge of

food, wine, and classic cocktails

Enjoys building genuine connections with guests

Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Communicates confidently and professionally

Takes ownership of guest experiences from arrival to farewell

Is dependable, polished, and detail-oriented

Has basic computer skills and fluency in English

Tableside service experience (Caesar Salad, Chateaubriand, Steak Diane, Cherries Jubilee) is a strong asset.

Work within one of Calgary’s most respected fine-dining teams

Develop advanced service and wine knowledge
