Take charge as a Lead NPI Test Engineer at Semtech, focusing on test innovation for high-speed mixed-signal devices. Your expertise will be critical in developing methodologies that ensure product excellence.

As part of Semtech's Global Test Engineering team, you will provide technical leadership in recent product introductions, impacting multiple product lines. Your role involves creating strategic test solutions from early silicon validation to high-volume production. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver on-time, reliable testing standards that enhance product performance in the semiconductor market.

Key Responsibilities:



• Architect comprehensive test solutions for mixed-signal products • Collaborate with IC design teams for optimal test coverage • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation • Launch test solutions achieving critical time targets • Establish KPIs for test quality and efficiency

Requirements: • 15+ years managing semiconductor test projects • Mastery of Advantest V93000 platform • Proficient in C/C++, Python, and TCL programming • In-depth knowledge of RF/microwave testing techniques • Experience in statistical process control methodologies
