MatchPoint Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician II to provide onsite, walk-up, and Level 1-3 technical support to global users. The role requires 5+ years of IT support experience with Windows, macOS, servers, and printers, plus robust AD/M365/Intune skills. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks, and handle escalated tickets. Rate is $25-$45/hr (DOE). This is a long-term position with opportunities to work across international teams.
