Freedom Quest Youth Services Society is seeking a Co-Executive Director: People & Programs to share leadership in a 14-hour per week role, within a two-person executive model supported by staff and guided by the Board. The role leads administration, finance, and human resources, mentors Program Managers, and helps shape strategies and policies that advance youth health and wellbeing. There is potential to increase hours to 21 per week for Clinical Supervision duties.
