• Create and enhance test plans and procedures • Document software defects using Jira • Conduct software compatibility tests and monitor bug resolution • Analyze program performance and recommend improvements • Collaborate with field staff to diagnose issues

Requirements: • Degree or equivalent experience in technology • Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools • Familiarity with XML and JSON files • Experience with payment systems is preferred • Strong problem sensitivity and reasoning skills
