While experience is valued, we believe the right attitude and work ethic are equally important. Successful applicants should have: A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Serving It Right (or equivalent certification) for servers, bartenders, and managers. Previous hospitality or food and beverage experience (preferred but not required for hosts and servers). Leadership experience for management roles (required for management applicants).
