Hello!We're a busy family of five with three kids: an almost 5-year-old daughter and 1.5-year-old boy/girl twins.With both of us working full time, we're looking for a kind, loving, dependable mothers helper/nanny who enjoys being around young children and feels like a natural fit with our family.The role is a mix of childcare and light household support. During the weekdays, all three children are in preschool (approximately 8:00 a.M. - 4:30 p.M.), so while they're at school we'd appreciate help with light housekeeping such as tidying, laundry, and keeping the house running smoothly. Once the kids are home, we'd love an extra set of hands during the busy dinner and bedtime routine.We want to emphasize that during all weekday shifts, either my husband or I will be home. We're not looking for someone to independently manage all three children during those hours, rather, someone to work alongside us and help make the evenings run more smoothly. Family meal prep would be a wonderful bonus,
