• Provide support and training for stable living • Help clients secure independent housing opportunities • Develop personalized action plans for client needs • Supply crisis intervention and financial management assistance • Document and maintain accurate records as required

Requirements: • Diploma or Certificate in a related field d• Two years of related experience is preferable • Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certification • Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and transparent record • Criminal Record Clearance – Vulnerable Sector mandated
