The Barley Merchant Taproom in Langley, BC is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead busy Front of House shifts and uphold exceptional hospitality. You will coach staff, manage preshifts, assist with hiring and training, and handle guest concerns to ensure smooth service. This hands-on role requires a solid work ethic, organizational skills and practical understanding of labour and liquor costs. On-site, full-time position with BC craft beer focus.
