ChargeLab is seeking a bilingual Technical Support Specialist based in Etobicoke, Toronto, to assist EV drivers and site hosts. The role requires handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email, with a focus on delivering a seamless customer experience in English and French.

You will work with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve issues efficiently, document outcomes, and contribute to ongoing product improvement in a quick-moving EV charging environment.
