In this permanent position, you will serve as a key contact for clients and manage their integration into healthcare services after a vision loss. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: • Proven experience in client service within health sectors • Relevant diploma in Social Services or similar • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Understanding of client-centered care methodologies • Experience with vision loss support systems
