Become a critical part of The Authentic T-Shirt Company as a Quality Control and Inventory Associate in Vancouver, Canada. This role focuses on maintaining high standards in QC and effective inventory management.
In this position, you will report to the Warehouse Supervisor, directly impacting our cycle count program and quality control processes. Your contributions will enhance the efficiency of our inbound and outbound operations while guiding a small team to meet targets in an engaging, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cycle counts and ensure quality standards
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics effectively
• Lead and support team initiatives in the warehouse
• Adhere to safety regulations and improve compliance




• Document inspection results and maintain accurate logs
Requirements:
• Required: High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
• Understanding of RF systems and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
