As the Manager of Supply Planning, you will report to the Director of Data Science and Forecasting, tasked with ensuring that Cozey optimally balances inventory against demand. You'll develop supply plans that consider real-world constraints while mentoring and guiding a proficient team. Your insights will be critical in driving purchasing and supply decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a small team and establish planning rhythms • Translate forecasts into inventory and production plans • Ensure healthy inventory levels and service performance • Continuously refine planning parameters based on analytics • Partner with other departments for cohesive operations
Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years in supply chain or planning • Proficient in replenishment and inventory management • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL • Experience with AI tools in planning • Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills
