As an integral team member at AG Authority, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment, ensuring safe and productive operation. Your expertise will support customer productivity while following safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Collaborating with Parts and Service teams, you’ll address both routine maintenance and emergency repairs effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic,



and electrical issues • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections • Provide in-shop and field support for repairs • Complete accurate work orders with detailed notes • Communicate findings clearly to customers and team

Requirements: • Journeyperson certification preferred; active apprentices considered • Experience with agricultural or heavy equipment • Valid driver's license required • Ability to work in shop and field environments • Strong diagnostic skills in mechanical systems
