This role requires an outgoing Kinesiologist who can adeptly manage return-to-work meetings and assess clients' functional capacities. You will design progressive recovery plans, work closely with clinical teams, and maintain thorough records of client progress. Key Responsibilities:



• Facilitate planning meetings and assessments for clients • Tailor return-to-work plans based on each individual's abilities • Keep detailed records and communicate updates effectively • Engage with clients and stakeholders throughout the process • Attend interdisciplinary meetings for ongoing client support

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology • Eligible for registration with the Alberta Kinesiology Association • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred • Working knowledge of WCB assessments is beneficial • Ability to demonstrate strong negotiation skills
