Basic Job Function:

- Managesanitation program including documentation and training
- Coordinateand schedule the activities of the sanitation department
- Managesanitation chemical program including training
- Communicatewith day shift about issues and concerns
- Assistwith maintenance as it pertains to the sanitation department
- Managework meet all regulatory standards (SFCR, FMSA, GFSI, etc.)
- Participateon HACCP Team




- Ensurecompliance with Pre-Requisite Programs including GMPs
- Ensurecompliance with OHSA
- Manualcleaning as required
- Performother related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

- HighSchool Graduate
- Minimum5 years Team Lead/Supervisor experience
- Experiencein food manufacturing sanitation and/or cleaning and/or chemical handling
- Excellentcommunication skills both verbal and written
- Proficientcomputer skills for management of documents and management programs
- Ability to operate forklifts and othermaterial-handling equipment to support job-related duties.
- Abilityfor lifting, climbing, bending etc.,
