Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed market value reports guided by a senior appraiser
• Conduct comprehensive research on market sales and lease activities
• Manage and maintain internal database systems effectively




• Interview local market participants to gain valuable insights
• Perform property inspections, including occasional travel
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 3+ years of experience relevant
• Candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada
• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise and financial calculations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid class 5 driver’s license with reliable transport
