Lead the IT and Cybersecurity strategy at the Azrieli Foundation, one of Canada’s largest philanthropic organizations. You will drive comprehensive assessments and ensure robust cybersecurity and technology operations.
As the Director of IT and Cybersecurity, you will report directly to the CEO, providing strategic leadership while directly addressing complex technology problems. Key responsibilities involve overseeing the IT Manager, managing vendor relationships, and developing a technology and cybersecurity roadmap to safeguard the foundation’s operations and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct technology and cybersecurity assessments and identify risks
• Develop a target operating model and governance practices
• Oversee hybrid IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365 and cloud services




• Lead incident response and business continuity initiatives
• Manage vendor relationships, including managed service providers
Requirements:
• 10+ years in IT, cybersecurity, or related areas
• Robust knowledge of identity management and cybersecurity controls
• Proven experience in technology management and budget oversight
• Excellent communication skills for executive liaising
• Relevant IT or cybersecurity certifications preferred
