Key Responsibilities:



• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client retention • Issue policies through online insurer portals and collaborate with underwriters • Review renewals and midterm changes to enhance client experience • Upsell appropriate coverages and refer business to other lines • Stay updated with insurer products and market trends

Requirements: • RIBO License in valuable standing required • Minimum 3 years of industry experience • Experience in digital roles (chat/email) preferred • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in broker systems • Bilingual communication skills in English and French an asset
