We are seeking an experienced
AI Platform Engineer
to support enterprise DevOps and AI platform initiatives within the Capital Markets division. The ideal candidate will work closely with application development teams to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, and support large-scale migration initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in GitHub Actions, Jenkins, containerization, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps best practices to enable reliable, scalable, and secure software delivery. Key Responsibilities
Partner with application teams to migrate CI/CD pipelines from
Jenkins, RLM, or manual deployments to GitHub Actions . Design, build, troubleshoot, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications. Develop and maintain GitHub Actions workflows, runners, reusable templates, and deployment automation. Create, debug, and optimize Maven
POM.xml
and
settings.xml
files for complex projects. Support build and deployment processes for
Java (Maven), .NET, Node.js (NPM), and Python (PyPI)
applications. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using
Terraform
and automate deployments using
Ansible . Configure and maintain DevOps tools including
Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Artifactory, UCD, and GitOps . Troubleshoot build, deployment, and pipeline failures while performing root cause analysis. Build and maintain Docker images, write Dockerfiles, and support Kubernetes-based application deployments. Manage Kubernetes resources including deployments, namespaces, services, and configuration management. Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and release teams to ensure seamless software delivery. Develop automation scripts and improve deployment efficiency through DevOps best practices.
Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks. Ensure CI/CD pipelines comply with enterprise security, governance, and release management standards. Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Strong hands‑on experience with
CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and troubleshooting . Expertise in
GitHub Actions , workflow creation, runners, reusable workflows, and pipeline optimization. Strong experience with
Jenkins , Multibranch Pipelines, Maven Pipelines, and Jenkins administration. Deep understanding of
Maven , including POM, Super POM, dependency management, and settings configuration. Experience building applications using
Maven, NPM, PyPI, and .NET (MSBuild/Dotnet CLI) . Hands‑on experience with
Git, GitOps, Artifactory, SonarQube, Terraform, UCD, and Ansible . Strong knowledge of
Docker , containerization, Dockerfiles, and container lifecycle management. Experience managing
Kubernetes
clusters, deployments, namespaces, services, and container orchestration. Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and DevOps best practices. Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills
Experience supporting AI/ML platform deployments and MLOps pipelines. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevSecOps practices. Experience in Capital Markets or Financial Services environments. Generic Managerial Skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent documentation and knowledge‑sharing capabilities. Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation and operational excellence.
