Reporting to the Food and Beverage Coordinator, this position requires experience in cooking and food preparation, ideally in a banquet or concession environment. Candidates must possess a high school diploma and Food Safe Advanced Certification. The position involves varying shifts based on operational needs, thus flexibility is critical with a preference for weekday availability.

Key Responsibilities:



• Help operate food and beverage services efficiently • Prepare food items according to standards • Ensure cleanliness of food preparation areas • Manage various concession cooking tasks • Provide assistance to current food service team members

Requirements: • Completed secondary education required • One year of relevant food service experience • Must have Food Safe Advanced Certification • Possession of a valid Class 5 Driver’s License • Basic First Aid Certification required
