Engage customers through product demonstrations and ensure their satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with instrument sales and rentals
• Demonstrate products and explain features
• Maintain thorough knowledge of store offerings
• Take calls professionally and manage messages
• Participate in store upkeep and merchandising
Requirements:
• Musician with experience playing a minimum of one instrument
• Experience in retail or sales preferred
• Positive attitude and robust work ethic
• Excellent organization and detail orientation
• Must be available for weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
