Work with Life’s Journey Inc. as a full-time Outreach Support Mentor located in Winnipeg. This role is essential in providing direct support and ensuring program success.

In this permanent position, you’ll be instrumental in the Outreach and Spectrum Connections programs, collaborating closely with the Drop-in Coordinator and other members of the outreach team. Your responsibilities will include managing participants' program documents and promoting effective communication and trust. A focus on personal and professional development will be central to your work.

Key Responsibilities:



• Assist with the ongoing planning for program participants • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety standards • Maintain program administration and participant interactions • Support teamwork and effective collaboration across departments • Provide mentorship and guidance to participants

Requirements: • Previous experience in outreach essential • Ideally two years in a supportive role for individuals with disabilities • Valid Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry checks • First Aid Level 1 certification • Ownership of a protected vehicle with valid insurance
